Future Customer.Tech Platform

Future Customer.Tech is an in-house product designed to manage customer life cycle and retention. This next-gen loyalty program solution, offers a gamified program to incentivise and reward customers, and engage them with the brand. The tailor-made program accentuates the overall mall ecosystem. Currently we cater to more than 8 malls under the Phoenix Group and have acquired customers across the globe.

How might we help the user to understand their customer behaviour better?

Campaigns run by our users are often attached to bigger goals such as increasing engagement, retention, and activation through festive or occasional-based campaigns.

However, currently we don't have a cumulative way to measure these performances or goals on a larger scale,
